From December 10 to 12, 2024, the 2024 Green Packaging Sustainable Development Technology Forum, hosted by the China Packaging Federation, was successfully held in Gaoyou. Techsun was invited to attend.

Since 2015, Techsun has focused on three key areas — raw materials, manufacturing processes, and products — persistently driving innovation and exploring the development of sustainable packaging technologies, and brought its latest sustainable packaging solutions to this forum.

Mr. Zhuang Xiaolei, Vice President of the Techsun Research Institute, delivered a keynote speech titled “New Materials and Technologies Empowering Sustainable Packaging Development.” He provided an in-depth introduction to Techsun’s integrated straw-fiber inner box material for liquor packaging, RFID paper-based printing technology, All-in-print film process simplification, as well as innovative sustainable packaging products such as LenScape holographic flexible pouches, specialty bottle labels, holographic tinplate, and “3+1 Prevention and Traceability” liquor boxes.

Notably, the holographic tinplate jointly developed by Techsun and Yili has successfully integrated lithography technology into the metal packaging field. Compared to traditional metal printing processes, its production procedures are more streamlined, significantly reducing ink usage and energy consumption. This not only markedly improves production efficiency and reduces carbon footprint, but also perfectly aligns with brand owners’ dual pursuit of packaging aesthetics and environmental performance.

Meanwhile, the “3+1 Prevention and Traceability” liquor box product, with its powerful anti-counterfeiting, anti-theft, anti-recycling, and precise five-code association capabilities, provides brand owners with actionable intelligent transformation and digitalization technical support in production and distribution, helping brands achieve more efficient and secure market operations.
